Important notices regarding GamesGrid
Dear Valued Player,
We have recently experienced some unexpected technical issues which required immediate attention. The problem has been resolved, however a NEW version of our Poker client is required. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
To download the new client simply follow the steps below:
* Step 1: Go to Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs
* Step 2: Find GamesGrid Poker in the list and click the Remove button to uninstall it
* Step 3: Download the latest client installer from http://www.gamesgrid.com/download-center.html
* Step 4: Run GGSetup.exe once it has finished downloading
* Step 5: Your existing username and password will continue to work
Further to this, due to recent changes in the US legislation, we regret that we can no longer continue to allow US players access to our money tables. All players who have an account registered with a US country code will no longer have access to our money tables, however will still be allowed access to our free money tables.

This stinks, LHE traffic was picking up a little this week, I even had 3 tables of 2/4 going for a bit. I got a bit excited when it said "a NEW version of our Poker client is required" but it's the same old crappy software.

I just read the e-mail. I can't believe this. Is there any chance this will change, or should I attempt to withdraw all my money off the site.
Some official heads up and/or explanation of the situation would be nice.

I have not received a response from my last three emails to them regarding the status of my withdrawal. What is going on? It has been 10 days already. Should I just write off the amount. Is TonyG a crook?

Can you PM me about what is going on with the GamesGrid withdrawals also?
I complied with their email instructions and sent TonyG the money in the account for forwarding to my UltimateBet account. GamesGrid has not replied to my inquires as to what is going on with the money.

I asked them about a week ago for an ETA and they responded with "we are processing them in the order they were received" - which of course is not an ETA.
Since then my balance has sat in my account with no signs of movement.
They can't have that many US clients. Can some pressure be brought to bear here?

my tranfer to tonyg went through almost immediately. and i received my money on tilt about 2 weeks later
