View Full Version : Arctic Deposits
So far Arctic has been very helpful with folks needing to fund their account via p2p transfers, wires or epassporte. If anyone is struggling to get money on there please let me know and I'll help.

all those states presumably have laws that make them nervous. My state (mass) is going to have one soon too I think.

Especially Nevada, if you are on the internet you aren't in a casino. You aren't thinking like a politician:mad:

This has been discussed in a separate thread. This is probably the best spot to look for updates on the issue: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthread.php?t=141341.
From that 2p2 thread, and my anonymous source, this is what the events point to:
Microgaming investigated Tusk/MyPokerProfits possibly because 2 of their skins were found to be in violation of rakeback regulations (rednines and battlefield)....Tusk is a MG license holder that offers skinning service to ~20 rooms on the prima network, including Arctic. Upon investigation, it was found that Tusk was operating w/o sufficient funds as required by MG. Tusk "voluntarily" offered to liquidate to cover liabilities.
I'm about 25% confident in the above assessment, but its the best summary I can give. I'll keep everyone updated as I get info especially wrt Arcitc. Feel free to post updates as you get them.
