I asked for a small withdrawal at WPEX 2 WEEKS AGO..... After one week, i e-mailed them to ask what was going on for the delay. They told me it was following its "normal" process... I still haven't received my money... Is there anyone here that has tried to withdraw there? Looks like they have a real bad withdrawals service... No value for a 80% rakeback if i can't get my money back?

As I've mentioned in another tread, I got no problems with withdrawals at WPEX.
However I do use NETeller. It took one hour to process and hit my NETeller account, except one time where it took 10 hours.
Is it by check you made your withdrawal?
If so I think its normal you'll have to wait around 3 weeks.

NETeller can't be used in Canada. So, i used Instadebit which work perfectly on EVERY other sites. Finally, i'm not stupid enough to not realise that if it would be paid by check that i'd had it in my mail box the day after. My actual experience tells me that there's really something wrong with that site.

I used instadebitto withdraw funds from WPEX and it worked very quickly. That was about 3 months ago

Thanks for your info. Maybe they actulally are in financial problem and they need my 60$ to make their payments...lol.
If you would like their poker manager to look into it, email me a summary of the events including your playername and any support conversations you have had with wpex thus far about it.

Well excuse me for taking the time to try and help you out by responding to your post!
1) How could I know you were in Canada.
2) You said you've been waiting 2 weeks. So I asked if it was by check you cashed out. No where in my post did I say you were stupid.

I thank you Rob for your reply. But, i'll wait another week before pressing the alert button. Anyway, i'll NEVER play on that site anymore. If they don't move, then i'll e-mailed you.
