I've talked to live chat a couple of times, they checked whether I had raked 1k last month and basically agreed that i should get paid but somehow payment was not processed.

I've sent email to support with my passport etc to get certify and fast withdrawals, this is in no connection with the unpaid bonus but im thinking maybe they think im at fraud so i want to prove myself clean n not joking around with them.

So, this promotion they are running, turns your account into a %40 rakeback(not %30 rakeback) Plus the sign up bonus

If i had to guess, it was like playing for %75 rakeshare(maybe more), when u add in the rakeback of %40 and the sign up bonus together.

Don't know if it changed but I asked that exact question 6 months ago. Answer you do not get the depo bonus, but you get it latter when you do make a first time deposit.

Yeah, if you do a swap it won't count as an initial depost. At Carbon this doesn't matter as they don't offer bonuses to rb players. I can't help with a swap at Walker as I don't have funds there.

I haven't used the Express Transfer but I suspect it's similar to a bank wire.

The initial deposit bonus is quite useless, their regular bonuses are much easier to clear. Cashouts there can take quite long, much longer than written on their website.

Our deposit bonus actually clears at 50VIP Points per dollar. You earn 10 VIP points for every dollar in rake (http://www.carbonpoker.com/vip/vippoints.html).

I'm pretty sure that casino play will count towards clearing the bonus, but I'm not 100% sure. I would recommend contacting their support. I can do it on your behalf as well, but you may as well communicate directly with them.

Got a response from Carbon Poker Support. Casino games and Video Poker does not count towards clearing the bonus. Only cash games, tournaments, and SNGs. Thought I'd share in case anyone else had the same question.

I saw them talking about this is the CarbonPoker thread on 2+2. They said there is gonna be a MoneyTree promo on PDC, it's just not up yet for whatever reason. Also, you should check out the VIP program on CarbonPoker if you haven't seen it. It's recently changed and they said RPM and PDC are also going to change to the same program. You're not automatically gonna stay in the highest VIP tier each month anymore.

One last thing, Money Tree is HUGE. If you wanted to time your play so you put in 10 huge days, 10 days of 250 points and the rest of the month off it can be worth close to 40%. Even if you don't pay any attention to it, you will likely end up with about 30%. Carbon implies money tree will be there forever, if it isn't and gets replaced with a crappy,or no, promo, the site will go right down the shitter.

The bank transfer option listed is probably Western Union. The best course of action is to deposit with that, then he'll likely be issued an invite to UMW.

If he has trouble getting the deposit going, contact Carbon support. If they aren't helpful within a day, fwd it to me.

Loks like my carbon answer vanised rto, If yo are a RB player you get a daily report on thr plaser admin page. I think if I recsall it's useless because they don't give it to you until after they pay you. (they used to update it in resl time.) Non rakeback players get nothing. Vip points are calculasted inresl time, wo if snyone csres they can work out their pay up to any point in the day in about 2 min.
