I have downloaded the software but when I do this I start the program and it will not let me create an account. I cannot click the button to create one

I created an account at partime poker over a year ago. I kept having some issues with lagging so i quit. I do beleive i made a deposit and cashed out within weeks of downloading the software. Does this mean i am ineligible for this site now? thanks
