Hello, hoping to receive some help here. I played and deposited a lot of money on absolute. Unfortunately, I lost my cool and lashed out at support with obscene profanity over their lack of customer service. I was taking a lot of bad beats at one time, and lost connection (i have no connection issues mind you) when in 1st place in 8000 guaranteed and only 12 players left! I was never able to log back in and still feel i was cheated by the site somehow. they would not answer my inquiries nor help me in anyway. Over the course of bad beats and time, i lost my cool and said some very profane things in the live chat box. Without warning, my account was suspended and money in my account was siezed. Security at absolute poker assured me my accumulated rake was paid to rakebacknation for month of May. I am still owed a rakeback of 100 and change from month of May by rakeback nation. Brian has assured me I would receive it at another poker site. I picked Carbon Poker, but they are experiencing a problem with the link right now. Usually i receive my rake by this time, but am worried about somethign going wrong. I usually deposit and play about 100 a week at online poker. I've only made three cashouts. My rake accumulated for rake back nation is over 700 bucks. Anyone caring to help or steer me in the right direction in gettingg my 100 bucks please let me know what to do. Thanks.

email Rob, I'm sure if absolute sent it to him he will pass it on to you. If it is absoulte stiffing you I don't know what you can do.

I'd write it off and learn some lessons. If you said the same things to your boss at work, what response would you receive? If I spoke like that in any professional situation, I'd be fired. Perhaps swearing at live help really wasn't the answer.
Having your money at any online site always brings risks, especially now in the US. My money is secure in my insured bank accounts, earning interest. I don't trust any online site anywhere, especially after this last fiascoes with Neteller and now ePassporte.
It's one thing to fire off an angry email wondering where your money is, but swearing and cursing gets no you points with anyone. I sincerely hope you get the money back--good luck...

While I agree. I don't think thats a good example. If you were fired from work you would still be compensated/paid for any time you were actually there.

Exactly, u can tell anyone u want to fuck off and they cant steal your money, however, they can ask u not to play or work there anymore, but by not paying u is theft.
Dont listen to Lee or the others who say write it off as an experience.. Its owed to u, so fight for it.

Thanks for the responses. So far i have enjoyed being part of rakeback nation. I will continue to write letters and call absolute to make sure my commission is paid out to this affiliate for the month of May. I have also learned that being profane and angry isn't productive at all, and would have been better off without saying what I had said.
I will post under this thread if I receive my rake back to let everyone who has read this know what happened. Good luck to everyone.

If you play poker at a site which is associated with cheating there players what did you think was going to happen? Anyone who still plays at either AP or UB gets NO simpathy from me when they get cheated out of there money.
We received payment from AP and Brian will process this on Tilt for you as requested.
There was no need to panic.

my rake was never transfered to full tilt poker. just to let people know. i'm done with this whole fiasco scam. full tilt never received any transfer. nor will they.

hey, i got 100 in rake back again to absolute, and apparantly they reactivated my account. i fought for it. i got it. i cashed out 100 , with 200 left to play after placing in a tourney. lets see what happens now. I havent' received the check yet. but i will post the results here. thanks again. (i was supposed to receive the 100 at full tilt, very crazy what is going on)

Seems strange how they won't post my replies here anymore. Rakebacknation has ignored my post recently, and i never received the transfer to full tilt poker.

Got to admit though, there are 2,546 forum members here... you would have thought with all our corruption, we could have managed to rip off more than 1 person. Most of us have been at this for years...and only one! Pick up the pace people... we need more effort.:p

If we do decide to rip anyone else off. I would like to recommend BCBLACK. I have just finished reading all of his blogs, and have come to the conclusion that even if we take all of his money except 5 bucks....he will probably turn it into like 8 thousand before the week is up.
Seems like a victim-less crime if you ask me.

As noted in the other thread, dawson was paid his $100 on AP as originally requested. AP put the transfer through as soon as they re-opened his account. This guy is a knucklehead, but we wouldn't withhold payment for that reason.
Also, we fired Ron for his scamminess.

one thing i can say about UB is the checks come FAST.
i am glad the cheating programers were not smart enough to stick to low/lowish stakes where they would not have been caught. but really the low games on UB are so easy to beat there is no need to cheat. best games online that i know of.
everything else on UB sucks beyond belief.
