Calculatem Pro - Ripp Off or Misunderstanding?

I thought I would post here a problem I am having with Calculatem Pro. I got the program for free and paid for the license which was $70. According to their list of working sites it works on the Cake Poker Network. I have tried on numerous occasions to get the program to work properly. It reads the board cards perfectly but has never once gotten my hole cards right. I have went through the support area following all their instructions as to what needs set on my windows XP to ensure it works properly and still no go. I have since over the last 3 weeks sent 3 emails to their support staff asking for either assistance in this matter or a refund of my license fee since the program does not do as promised and have gotten no response. My question to you all is their another site or department of this program I can email to get some satisfaction in regards to this matter?

I have no idea what you are talking about but if you paid by credit card, tell the credit card people. Don't tell them the exact story or they will call it a "merchant dispute", tell them they ripped you off.

Is it even allowed by cake? Since HUD isn't I'm not convinced this is either. If it's technically banned and they are selling it for cake that's another piece to your argument that they've ripped you off.
