can anyone tell me why my full tilt rakeback stats are not the same as what i was paid?

The problem is that Full Tilt payments are processed weekly. The week starts on Tuesday and ends on Monday with payments being made the following Friday.

The stats in the Members Area are monthly stats based on the calendar month. Full Tilt doesn't offer us daily updates on weekly stats, so we stick to the monthly numbers. That said, upon payment we are able to send you details on how your payment amount was reached. If you'd like us to check your account, email support@rakebacknation.com.
