Rob, my Absolute Poker stats are not showing up even though I have been playing for several days. Are there certain limits and/or games that I need to be playing?

I see that theres a problem. This will likely take a bit to resolve, but don't sweat it, we'll sort out the stats and you'll be earning 30% rakeback. I'll be in touch over email likely within a week.

Ok, you should see stats starting tomorrow. It will include all your December play. Note that payments will be around the 20th each month for your account instead of the 15th because your account was a converted rakeback account.

If you played before December and missed payments let me know and I'll find out the amount and get it processed. I only have access to the numbers upon request otherwise I would have checked this already for you.
