Hi

I've talked to my technical support team (aka my brother in law). My computer doesn't have a virus, but my address book has been stolen by someone in Germany.
From what B-inlaw says, it's easy for your addy book to be stolen, can happen any time you go anywhere. All the important stuff though is encrypted so they can't steal anything important like my bank info or passwords. So you are on a list, and your there forever lol. Rest assured that if I try to get you to join a porno site or buy some viagra, it's really not mehttp://www.onlineproppingforum.com/wlmailhtml:{7897EC96-9D10-471A-9002-4CB403276486}mid://00001018/!x-usc:cid:3387E52915604E37A19817C2205CE1F1@JoeComput er

End generic response I've sent to all my friends

All it is is one word "hi" but it probably means everyone will start getting spam that claims to be from me.

Well. I've been getting tons of these "hi" emails over the past years. I've always ignored them and just deleted right. So in december I got one from a close friend, so I wanted to let him know to chk up on his pc. Yeah I am aware never to click on any links in those emails, but I thought it was ok to just reply right. So I replied to my friend letting him know something was up, and I used the reply button so he could see the email for himself right.. shortly after my NETeller account was cleared. I'm still not sure how, but NETeller claims someone hacked my email and stole diff bits of info and put them together (mails I have saved w login details to various forums)...Stupid me used the same password on A forum I never even used arghh. NETeller actually asked if I was a member of a specific forum (which was the one I had the same password for). So it seems like it happened a lot since they knew.

Anyhow :) GL Barton..hope it doesnt make more damage that stealing your email addy.
