View Full Version : Poker Heaven rake not updating.

I signed up a couple weeks ago, it shows up as 'confirmed' in the rakebacknation members area, but it's been showing "Fri, Jul 24th 2009, 11:53am" as the last updated date since it was confirmed.

Any ideas?

Check your stats in about an hour. We found the problem and all should be resolved shortly.

It says that payout is monthly by the 5th, it's the 7th and I haven't seen anything yet -- just wondering if there was a similar problem with the payouts as there was for the updating?

I'm contacting Poker Heaven, they process these payments on our behalf and should be there by now.

Can you check your account? They're telling me it was credited on the 1st.

I'm going through my poker tracker numbers with appropriate currency conversions to EUR, and the only way I can get the numbers to add up is if I subtract the 115 of the deposit bonus I've already cleared from the April rakeback I expected. I was under the impression that the deposit bonus didn't affect rakeback...

I can't see anything in my cashier transaction log -- should I be able to see the rakeback deposit there?

Is the rakeback in euros converted to USD on my rakebacknation account each session at current conversion rates, then when it's deposited, converted to EUR from the USD total on rakebacknation?

Its converted each time the stats are uploaded with the current rate and effects rake generated since the beginning of the month. Once the month closes, the stats are locked, so the euro/dollar conversion rate no longer matters.
