Hello all,

Just thought Id post this for amusement. Appearantly there gonna be a chimp named Mikey playing in this years main event. Ive posted a link to a video of him in action in an interview by ABC news.

though he ended up not playing.. it was a great publicity stunt by the website.. they probably got so much traffic the weeks leading up to the Main Event!

Absolutely. I spoke to the affiliate manager Jessica around the 25th and she confirmed to me that they didn't really care if the chimp actually played or not,a nd she knew that it was about 99% that the chimp wouldn't be allowed to play. All of the press they were getting is all they really wanted. She said that they got tons of new player sign-ups right after the press started. Genius!
