Is it really possible to be this dumb?

I'm looking at a bunch of Bad beat jackpot tables on Carbon. Several have people playing heads up. They still take the 50 cents every hand, but you can't win unless 4 people are playing. Do you think they might play at a regular table and send that 50 cents to me? I would send them a nice thank you note and maybe a bottle of cheer for the holidays. Carbon gives them nothing.

They don't take 50 cent JP rake until 4 players are dealt in a hand

I just saw one pile of chips then the 50 cents in a different pile, maybe I mistook the pot for the rake
